WHAT DO I GET WITH EXPAND?
- A State licensed Residential Contractor with General Liability and Workmans Comp. Insurance.
- A contract that contains the following:
- Standards and guidelines established
- Schedule of payments
- Schedule of work
- Detailed budget with allowances
- warranty
- arbitration policy
- lead notification (required by law)
- filed with clerk of court / notarized if over $ 25,000.00
- SCOPE OF WORK and PLANS:
These items tell what
you get for your money. The Scope of
Work shall include room by room, exterior and interior. Exclusions and items talked about but not in contract. Concerns of Contractor.
- Pre Construction Meeting:
To go over all of the above items line by line. Client to recieve list of duties and decisions and dates to be completed. Set starting date and proposed finish date.
- Change Orders:
To go through Sales Department only. One
contact means less errors in communication.
Cost of change and how it will effect schedule.
Client signs off on change or extra. Changes to be paid at time of service and or not a
part of contract.
- Construction Meetings:
Between Sales and client. One Hour per week, to be scheduled. Discuss changes, schedule, payments , concerns, client to do list.
- Construction :
Our crews will be supervised by our Production Manager.
- We are professionals on the job. We expect all of our Trades to do the same.
- We work around the following everyday:
Kids, pets, gardens, fences, furniture,etc.
